What the price does and does not include
A plan price is the cost of the conversation and the tests named in that plan. Imaging, procedures, dental treatment, and specialty procedures are quoted separately because they depend on what the examination finds. You will see that quote before anyone proceeds.
If a clinician recommends a test that is not in the plan, you can decline it. Declining does not affect the rest of your care. Repeat collections caused by a laboratory problem on our side are not billed again. Repeat collections needed because preparation instructions were not followed may be billed at the panel rate, and we will say so plainly.
Changing or cancelling
Email hello@healthdirectlabs.com if you need to move a visit. Requests received at least one open day ahead are moved without a fee. Late cancellations may hold the visit fee when a long consultation slot cannot be offered to someone else. Laboratory panels already collected cannot be refunded, because the work has been done, but the review visit can still be moved.

The figures on this page are clinic prices for self-requested care. They are not a promise about any outside payer. If you hope to recover costs elsewhere, ask for an itemised note after the visit and confirm the rules with that payer yourself.
