Leave the Letter, Keep Your Care

Unsubscribing stops the seasonal newsletter only. It does not close your clinical record, cancel a visit, or stop emails about an appointment you already requested.

Use the same email address that receives the letter. If you have more than one address on file, submit each one you want removed from the newsletter list. Appointment messages and result notes continue because those are part of your care, not the mailing list.

After you send this form

• The newsletter address is marked for removal during the next open day.
• A letter already queued may still arrive once. Later editions should not.
• You can subscribe again later from the subscribe page if you change your mind.
